  • If your SSD is brand new and unused, and you need to format it according to the instructions before the computer can recognize it.

  • The device requires power to operate. When in use, the PD IN port must be connected to a 100W power supply.

  • Please make sure the type-c port of your laptop support charging.Not all type-c port of the laptop support charging.

  • 1. The M.2 bay is compatible with NVMe & SATA protocols, but due to the speed limitation of the M.2 SATA hard disk itself, the maximum file transfer speed is 6Gbps.

    2. Please make sure your USB-C host device and USB peripherals support 10Gbps speed.

  • Please make sure the type-c port of your pc support video output.Or the docking could not work as expected.(Note:The thunderbolt 3/4 port should support video output,if you are not sure,pls be be free to ask us)
